Our promise is to provide a dignified cremation service of the highest standard to every beloved pet that enters our care. We are proud to provide a compassionate service to our clients, and their pets at such a difficult time, and our guarantee is that your beloved pet will be treated with the utmost respect and love. We provide private cremation services exclusively, ensuring that your baby is the one that returns home to you. Our clients are welcome to come and meet us at our facility.
Our pricing and package structure reflects our understanding that every family has different needs and financial circumstances and our aim is to make cremation an accessible option for all families. Payment is required in full prior to return of ashes, and we also offer BNPL and flexible payment plan options where needed. Standard Cremation service:
- Guaranteed private cremation
- Full, dignified mortuary care and cremation certificate
- Guaranteed return of all and only your beloved pet's ashes
- Your pet's ashes returned, safely enclosed in a simple, but elegant silver tin urn with your pet's name (scattering or burial option also available)
- Our guarantee that we will treat your pet with the same love, dignity, and care with which we treat our own
A range of decorative urns are available to choose from at additional cost. They can be purchased with our cremation services, or separately. Memento products are also available, including fur clippings, ink prints (paws, noses, shells, etc), clay impressions, paw, nose, face and shell casts, microchip retrieval, 3D scans, photography, framed fur/feather displays, touchable fur preservation, cremation jewellery, artist-made mementos, and more.
Additional Memorial Services:
We also offer families the opportunity to have a viewing of their pet, to say goodbye or conduct a personal ceremony. Families can also elect to attend the cremation service - this can be either just the beginning of the service, the entire cremation, or the full process through to collection of ashes and return.
These services, along with expedited return/same day services, are subject to additional fees and availability. Bookings are required for these services.
Transportation:
Clients are welcome at our facility and may drop their pets off to us at no charge, but we ask that you make an appointment to do this so that we can ensure a member of our team is available to assist you. Drop off outside of these hours is subject to availability and incurs a $30 fee.
We can provide pick up from your home or vet clinic subject to availability and location. Our collection fee is subject to the distance from our facility, urgency of collection and time of day. Pricing starts at $60 for vet clinic collection within 48 hours (subject to distance) to $120 for same day collection during our stated business hours (up to 35km from our facility). After hours, weekend and public holiday fees apply where applicable. Additional fees may apply for locations further than 35km. Your pet is transported with love, care and dignity through the use of baskets, blankets and/or stretchers appropriate to their size. We can also transport them in their own bed, if you wish.
Pricing:
Family pets can range considerably in size, so our pricing has been structured in recognition of this, and our equipment is intentionally designed to accommodate both the smallest and largest pets, in order to make our services as accessible as possible to all families. Due to an injury, we are currently only able to provide services for pets under 40kg, except for families who have used our services in the past and are able to assist with getting their pet to our facility.
We have recently simplified our pricing to make it easier for clients, and we are also introducing additional memorial package choices. We are in the process of updating this information on our website. In the meantime, please feel free to contact us for a quote.

We understand that this is a difficult time and try to offer a range of contact methods to allow you to utilise the method you most prefer. We will always endeavour to respond as quickly as possible during business hours. On public holidays and outside of business hours, we endeavour to still respond to enquiries, but as we are a small family operated service, this is dependent on our availability.
